Raleigh Parking Announces New Parking Management System and Payment Options

Raleigh Parking is currently in the process of installing a new parking management system. If you encounter difficulties locating your parking citation in the system, please contact our office at 919-996-3996 for assistance.

For those who prefer to pay in person, Raleigh Parking accepts cash, check, money order, Visa, and Mastercard payments between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Dillon Building located at 310 W. Martin Street, Suite 109 in Raleigh, NC. It is essential to note that those whose vehicles have received booting sanctions due to delinquent citations must visit our office in person to clear their account.

Payments made by mail should be sent to the City of Raleigh, Raleigh Parking, PO Box 590, Raleigh, NC 27602-0590.

If you believe that a parking citation or ticket was issued in error or without proper justification, you can follow the two-level appeal process provided under City Ordinance 11-2025. However, it is essential to note that parking ambassadors do not have the authority to cancel or revoke a citation once it has been issued. You must either pay the fine or follow the appeal process to resolve the matter.

The installation of the new parking management system and the provision of various payment options reflect Raleigh Parking’s commitment to providing efficient and accessible parking services to the public.
